  • 1 teaspoon organic matcha powder
  • 1/4 cup hot water (not boiling)
  • 1 cup organic coconut milk (chilled)
  • 1/4 cup organic coconut cream
  • 1-2 tablespoons organic maple syrup or honey (to taste)
  • Ice cubes
  • Optional: organic vanilla extract or a pinch of cinnamon for added flavor

Prepare the Matcha:

  • In a small bowl, whisk the matcha powder with hot water until it forms a smooth paste. This helps to dissolve the matcha evenly and prevent clumps.

Prepare the Coconut Cream:
