Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups water
  • 2 organic chai tea bags
  • 1 cup organic coconut milk (full-fat or light, depending on preference)
  • 1 tablespoon organic maple syrup or honey
  • 1 teaspoon organic vanilla extract
  • Ice cubes
  • Optional: a pinch of ground cinnamon or nutmeg for garnish

Instructions
 

Brew the Chai Tea:

  • Bring the water to a boil in a saucepan.
  • Remove from heat and add the chai tea bags. Let steep for 5-7 minutes.
  • Remove the tea bags and let the tea cool to room temperature.

Prepare the Latte:

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the coconut milk, maple syrup (or honey), and vanilla extract. Stir until well mixed.

Assemble the Latte:

  • Fill a glass with ice cubes.
  • Pour the cooled chai tea over the ice.
  • Top with the coconut milk mixture and stir gently to combine.
  • Garnish with a pinch of ground cinnamon or nutmeg if desired.

Serve:
