Add the wet ingredients to the dry mixture and stir until fully combined.
Fold in sugar-free chocolate chips if desired.
Scoop dough onto the baking sheet, spacing about 2 inches apart.
Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until edges are golden brown.
Cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
