Delicious and Guilt-Free Sugar-Free Cookies

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup coconut flour
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup sugar-free chocolate chips optional

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, combine almond flour, coconut flour, salt, and baking soda.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together the coconut oil, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and egg.
  • Add the wet ingredients to the dry mixture and stir until fully combined.
  • Fold in sugar-free chocolate chips if desired.
  • Scoop dough onto the baking sheet, spacing about 2 inches apart.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until edges are golden brown.
  • Cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
