- 8 ounces organic roast beef (thinly sliced)
- 1 cup organic alfalfa sprouts
- 1 organic cucumber (sliced)
- 1 organic tomato (sliced)
- 4 leaves organic lettuce
- 1/2 cup organic Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp organic Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp organic lemon juice
- Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
