Blueberry Protein Breakfast Bars

These Blueberry Protein Breakfast Bars are a perfect way to kickstart your morning with a burst of energy and nutrition. Made with organic, non-toxic ingredients, these bars combine the sweetness of fresh blueberries with the power of protein to keep you full and satisfied.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup organic rolled oats
  • 1 cup organic almond flour
  • 1 scoop organic vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
  • 2 organic eggs
  • 1/4 cup organic almond butter
  • 1/4 cup organic honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup organic almond milk (unsweetened)
  • 1 tsp organic vanilla extract
  • 1 cup fresh organic blueberries

Instructions
 

Prepare the Batter:

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking dish with parchment paper.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, almond flour, protein powder, baking powder, cinnamon, and sea salt.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, almond butter, honey (or maplesyrup), almond milk, and vanilla extract until smooth
  • Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
  • Gently fold in the fresh blueberries.

Bake the Bars:

  • Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and spread it out evenly.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  • Allow the bars to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.

Serve:

  • Once cooled, cut into bars and enjoy. Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
