Blueberry Protein Breakfast Bars
These Blueberry Protein Breakfast Bars are a perfect way to kickstart your morning with a burst of energy and nutrition. Made with organic, non-toxic ingredients, these bars combine the sweetness of fresh blueberries with the power of protein to keep you full and satisfied.

- 1 cup organic rolled oats
- 1 cup organic almond flour
- 1 scoop organic vanilla protein powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- 2 organic eggs
- 1/4 cup organic almond butter
- 1/4 cup organic honey or maple syrup
- 1/4 cup organic almond milk (unsweetened)
- 1 tsp organic vanilla extract
- 1 cup fresh organic blueberries
Prepare the Batter:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking dish with parchment paper.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, almond flour, protein powder, baking powder, cinnamon, and sea salt.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, almond butter, honey (or maplesyrup), almond milk, and vanilla extract until smooth
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
Gently fold in the fresh blueberries.
Bake the Bars:
Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and spread it out evenly.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Allow the bars to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
