Blueberry Protein Breakfast Bars
Ingredients

- 1 cup organic almond flour
- 1 scoop organic vanilla protein powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

- 2 organic eggs
- 1/4 cup organic almond butter
- 1/4 cup organic honey or maple syrup
- 1/4 cup organic almond milk (unsweetened)
- 1 tsp organic vanilla extract
- 1 cup fresh organic blueberries
Instructions
Prepare the Batter:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking dish with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, almond flour, protein powder, baking powder, cinnamon, and sea salt.
